CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes things come up that are out of your control. Please review our policies below and respect the time of our talented practitioners by providing advance notice for cancellations.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
At Flow Acupuncture we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our acupuncturists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.

If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours advance notice, you will be charged the following cancellation fees:

$40 for regular or women’s health acupuncture visit

$60 for premium or facial acupuncture visits

This charge will be either automatically deducted from the card provided at booking, or deducted from an outstanding balance of an existing treatment package purchased.

Should you arrive later than your appointment time you may have a shortened service, or you may still receive your full service if time allows, depending on the provider’s schedule. If you arrive 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment is considered canceled by late/missed appointment/no-show.

Habitual (2 or more) late cancellations (less than 24-hours prior to appointment time) or 2 no-shows, or a combination of the two, will result in the patient being discharged at the practitioner’s discretion.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
More than 48 hours before your appointment:

Please select the 'Manage My Appointment' button in your confirmation email/text to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
48-24 hours before your appointment:
Communication by phone, email or text, with the office and providers ensure the most efficient use of client and provider’s time and resources.
If you need to cancel your appointment please do the following:

1) Call or text our business office at (385) 242-0649.

2) Email your provider if you do not get a verbal or text response within 30 minutes of your call, or if you are within 30 min of your 24-hour deadline. (your provider can be found on your confirmation email)
These communications will serve as proof of adequate notice and will determine whether or not a fee will be charged to your account.
We are aware that extenuating circumstances may prevent patients from making their appointments, and we do respect that. We ask that you please communicate your circumstances with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. We thank you for your respect for our time and look forward to working with you!
