Join us for our monthly community resilience series where we gather to empower one another with tools, skills, and spaces!

Ruthie Schnitt, CSW of Red Willow Counseling & Recovery guides us through the process of navigating pain with insights, tools, and practices that we can all use!
This inspiring hour is free for everyone and will feature discussion and a guided somatic practice.
