Softening of the Heart | Tree Walk & Linden Journey

Join herbalist Josh Williams for a journey into the heart with the support of one of our most cherished locally-thriving tree allies, Linden (Tilia spp.).

This experience is one of direct, personal connection to the spirit of this tree and their medicine, magic, and wisdom- with a collective focus on soothing, easing, and softening all levels of the sacred heart within.

• Opening world tree meditation
• Class on botany, folklore, medicine, and magic of Linden and related species
• Gentle morning tree walk (3-4 blocks) where we'll meet several species of Linden as well as other local trees
• Linden Blossom flower essence crafting
• Guided Linden spirit journey into the heart of hearts supported by vision and drumming
• Prompted watercolor art flow to create your own Linden altar piece
• Linden (Tilia europea, T. americana, T. cordata) monograph of magic and medicine
