ABOUT KRISTY

Kristy Kennedy has been a certified yoga teacher for twenty years and has  maintained a personal practice for over thirty.  She has completed  thousands of hours in advanced yoga education that has explored asana,  kundalini, meditation, breathwork and energetics.  She spent a month  studying Tantra at the Shri Kali Ashram in Goa, India,  She teaches a  wide array of styles from a powerful flow to a calming and restorative  sequence.  She is also a certified herbal medicine practitioner and has completed the USU master gardener program.

Many visionaries have influenced her well-being and illuminated her desire to be in service through the wisdom teachings of yoga. Most notably, she has been a grateful student of Prasad Rangnekar, Seane Corn,…
